I0800-08Q1: Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase, Control Peptide (iNOS, iNOS 2, mNOS); 150nM. Reconstitute with 600ul stock antibody solution for blocked antibody control.

A-172 cells

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, TBS/TweenŽ-20, 1% normal goat serum. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by precipitation, dialysis and chromatography.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 5ml of sterile 40-50% glycerol, TBS/TweenŽ-20, 1% normal goat serum.
Recognizes hiNOS (1137-1153). The reactivity of rhiNOS (Type 2) is ~50%. Does not react to rhnNOS (Type 1) or rheNOS (Type 3). Has been found to stain specifically hiNOS in Western immunoblots of A-172 cells induced to produce hiNOS.
