Supplied as a liquid
Specificity:
Recognizes human iNOS (985-1002) and recombinant human iNOS (Type II). Crossreactivity with human eNOS (1017-1034) and recombinant human eNOS (Type III) is ~80%. Does not react to human nNOS (1256-1273) and recombinant human nNOS (Type I). It has been epitope mapped using 96 overlapping 18 amino acid long synthetic peptides which cover the entire 1153 amino acid length of human iNOS and was found to bind to a defined region of the human iNOS sequence, residues 985-1002.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
