Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:3000
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

| Recognizes rat IgA. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, rat IgA and rat serum. No reaction was observed against rat IgM or rat IgG. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other rat heavy or light chain isotypes. |
