Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:500, goat anti-IgY-HRP dilution: 1:1000. Colorimetric method for signal development.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:200
Immunocytochemistry: 1:200
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
