Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 5ug/ml. Use 50ul to label 2 x 10e7 cells in100ul sample volume.
Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma: Spleen cells from an immunized BALB/c mouse fused with mouse SP2/0 myeloma cells

Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control: FITC

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
