Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA for detection of total IgE level and IgE antibodies. May also be used for IgE affinity purification. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Indirect ELISA: 1:500,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with IgE from myelomatous human serum.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
