Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:500-1:2500.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:

May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. DO NOT FREEZE. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.

Specificity:
Recognizes bovine IgG., Fc. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc aagainst anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, bovine IgG and bovine serum.
