Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Cell Suspensions. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Immunohistochemistry (Frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue): 1:5-1:10; Proteolytic treatment with trypsin required. Incubation Time 1 hr at RT.
Note: Dilute immediately before use with PBS.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recognizes human IgG heavy chains. The epitope is present on the gamma-chain. No crossreactivity with IgA or IgM (tested with ELISA). Suitable for lymphoma phenotyping. Multiple myelomas are of the IgG or IgA type. Suitable for charactization of plasma in inflammatory conditions.
