Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, rat IgG and rat serum. No reaction was observed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, equine, human, mouse, rabbit and sheep serum proteins.
