Technical Data
IgG, H&L (HRP)
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1: 5000 -1:50,000, assayed against 1.0ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture using ABTS (2,2-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.
