Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1: 5000 -1:50,000, assayed against 1.0ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture using ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500 Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000 Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
