Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1500-1:3000. 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |
