Technical Data
I1903-34E
IgG, H&L (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:25,000
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes Armenian hamster IgG. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, Armenian hamster IgG and Armenian hamster serum. Greatly diminished reactivity will occur against Golden Syrian hamster IgG.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
