Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Label:
Texas Red Sulfonyl Chloride (Molecular Weight 625 daltons)

Absorption Wavelength: 596nm

Emission Wavelength: 620nm

Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 4.0 moles Texas Red per mole of Goat IgG

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunogen:
Human (kappa light chain)
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Sodium Azide
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Human IgG Lambda, IgM Lambda and IgA Lambda proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
