Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:25,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. |

| Recognizes human IgG, kappa. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, human IgG and human serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at <1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes. |
