Technical Data
I1903-37Q
IgG (kappa chain specific) (AP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:200-1:1000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Label:
Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine), M.W.-140,000D

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Alkaline phosphatase conjugates are sensitive to light.
