Technical Data
IgG (lambda chain specific) (Texas Red)
Suitable for use in FLISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Texas Red Sulfonyl Chloride (Molecular Weight 625 daltons)

Absorption Wavelength: 596 nm

Emission Wavelength: 620 nm

Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 1.6 moles Texas Red per mole of Goat IgG F(ab)2

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
PabF(ab)2Affinity Purified
1mg-20CBlue IceHumanGoat
Human lambda light chain
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Sodium Azide
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
