Description:
Applications:
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron
microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:200-1:1000 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 0.125M Sodium Borate, 0.075M Sodium Chloride, 0.005M EDTA, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Gentamicin Sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) (MW:40kD).

Specificity:

Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. Noreaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). <1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
