Technical Data
IgG, (lambda chain specific)
Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
PabF(ab)2Affinity Purified
1mg-20CBlue IceHumanGoat
Human (lambda) light chain
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M Sodium Borate, 0.075M Sodium Chloride, 0.005M EDTA, pH 8.0, 0.01% sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 40%. No stabilizing proteins added.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
