Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:200 to 1:1000. 1.0ug of Human IgG was used in a standard capture ELISA with pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. |

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris chloride, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.001M magnesium chloride, 0.0001M Zznc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with alkaline phosphatase (AP).
Specificity:
Recognizes human lambda light chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin or anti-goat IgG F(c). Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
