Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with TRITC.
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (all Human immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rhodamine and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or other human serum proteins.
