Technical Data
I1903-58G1
IgG, IgA, IgM, H&L, X-adsorbed (Biotin)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC)
Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunogen:
Human IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotinyl N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (BNOHSA, Biotin).
Specificity:
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM (all Human immunoglobulin subclasses and chain combinations). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-goat serum. No reaction was detected against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or other human serum proteins.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
