Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence Microscopy: 1:1000-1:5000 ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Excitation Wavelength: 596nm Emission Wavelength: 620nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3moles Texas Red per Goat IgG F(ab’)2 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red® conjugates are sensitive to light. |
