Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Texas Red (MW: 625). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes Human IgG, IgA and IgM. Detects all human immunoglobulin classes, isotype and chain combinations. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or mouse serum proteins.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
