Specificity:
Recognizes heavy chains on rat IgG and with the light chains on all rat immunoglobulins based on IEP. Crossreactivity: Highly cross-adsorbed against mouse IgG. No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin rat serum proteins based on IEP. No reactivity is observed to human or mouse IgG based on IEP.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
