Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:130,000. Assayed against 1ug mouse IgG in a standard ELISA using Streptavidin (HRP) (S7973-97A) and ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Recommended Secondary:
S7973-97A: Streptavidin (HRP)

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
