Mouse IgG, IgA, and IgM whole molecules
Purified by Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Texas Red . Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Recognizes mouse IgG, IgA, IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c), anti-pepsin or human serum proteins. This product is suitable for the detection of all human immunoglobulin classes, isotypes and chain combinations.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
