Suitable for use in Immunomicroscopy, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry.Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution::
ELISA: 1:600,000
Western Blot: 1:60,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10–20 Biotin molecules per Donkey IgG molecule

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes Goat IgG. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-donkey serum, goat IgG and goat serum. No reaction was observed against chicken, guinea pig, equine, hamster, mouse, rabbit and rat serum proteins.
