Technical Data
I1904-29A
IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:7000-1:50,000; Assayed against 1ug of goat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.

Immunogen:
Goat IgG F(ab)2 fragment.
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized poweder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes goat IgG, F(ab')2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, goat IgG, goat IgG F(ab)2 and goat serum. No reaction was observed against goat IgG F(c).
