Suitable for ELISA and Immunoflorescence. Other applications have not been tested.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
1.6 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Human IgG gamma chain
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with FITC. Reconstitute with 1ml 40-50% sterile glycerol, ddH2O.
Recognizes human IgG gamma chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, human IgG and human serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
