Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000, using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Protect from light.

Specificity:
Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-goat serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other human or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
