Description: Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000, using pNPP, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |
