Description: Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:5000-1:20,000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Label: Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester(BAC) Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per goat IgG molecule Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
