Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C as an undiluted liquid for 12 months. Dilute only prior to immediate use. DO NOT FREEZE. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Mouse IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules.
Purified by Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.001M magnesium chloride, 0.0001M zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase.
Recognizes mouse IgG, IgA, IgM. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase and anti-goat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c) or human serum proteins.
