Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in Dot Blot, Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoelectrophoresis and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:500-1:3000 ELISA: 1:2000-1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. AP conjugates are sensitive to light. |
