Technical Data
I1904-35Y
IgG, Kappa (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:90,000.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Human IgG kappa chain.
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% thermosal. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes human IgG, kappa. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. In order to assure specificity cross-adsorptions were performed against a panel of human IgM lambda, human IgG Llmbda and human IgA lambda proteins.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
