Technical Data
I1904-40A
IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP)
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000
ELISA: 1:150,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:750-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Immunogen:
Rabbit IgG whole molecule
Purity:
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography followed by solid phase adsorption.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specificity:
Recognizes rabbit IgG. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against human serum proteins.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
