Technical Data
I1904-44
IgG, Lambda
Description:
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Conjugation, Immunodiffusion and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:4000-1:20,000
Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Form
Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M sodium borate, 0.005M EDTA, 0.25M sodium chloride, pH 8.2, 0.1% sodium azide. No stabilizers added.
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of human IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
