Technical Data
I1904-44D
IgG, Lambda (AP)
Description:
Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (Molecular Weight 140,000 daltons)

Application(s): Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Immunogen:
Human lambda
Purity:
Prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in TBS, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-goat serum. Less than 1% crossreactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
