ELISA: 1:1600 to 1:16,000 using pNPP, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

|Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, human IgG, human IgG F(c) and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(ab’)2.|
