Applications:
Suitable for use in Westrn Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:30,000-1:150,000; Assayed against 1ug of porcine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using S7973-97A (Streptavidin (HRP)) and A0030 (ABTS Stable Liquid Substrate) for 30 minutes at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Specificity:
Recognizes porcine IgG, H&L. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-goat serum, porcine IgG and porcine serum.
