Technical Data
IgG, F(ab')2 (HRP)
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:5000-1:50,000; 1ug of porcine IgG F(ab)2 was used in a standard capture ELISA with ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:10,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable at -20C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
PabIgGAffinity Purified
1mg-20CBlue IcePorcineRabbit
Porcine IgG F(ab')2 fragment.
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Recognizes porcine IgG F(ab)2. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, porcine IgG F(ab')2 and porcine serum. No reaction was seen against porcine IgG F(c).
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
