Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy. Other applications have not been tested.

Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1:150,000
Western Blot: 1:3000-1:15,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:5000.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Specificity:
Recognizes sheep IgG. Assayed against 1ug of sheep IgG in a standard capture ELISA. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-donkey serum, sheep IgG and sheep serum.
