Recommended Dilution:

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a liquid in TBS, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).

Specificity:

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgG F(ab’)2.
