Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Supplied as a liquid in 0.1M sodium borate, 0.075M sodium chloride, 0.005M EDTA, pH 8.0, 0.01% sodium azide.
Specificity:
Recognizes mouse IgG kappa. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at <1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
