Description:
Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoblot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Capture): 1:1000-1:2000. Assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG. Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Label: Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine) (MW: 140,000D)
Storage and Stability: Store vial at 4° C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Expiration date is one year from date of opening product. |

Form
Supplied as a liquid in TBS, 1mM magnesium chloride, 0.1mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol. Labeled with Alkaline Phosphatase (AP).
Specificity:
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-rabbit serum. Solid phase adsorptions against a panel of mouse IgG lambda, IgM lambda and IgA lambda proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
