Applications:
Suitable for immunoblot (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA:1:10,000-1:50,000.
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
