Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

|Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG lambda, IgM lambda and IgA lambda proteins was performed. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other human heavy or light chain isotypes.|
