Applications:
Suitable for use in FLISA (Fluorescent), Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
FLISA (Fluorescent): 1:10,000-1:50,000
Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:5000
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Absorption Wavelength: 596 nm

Emission Wavelength: 620 nm

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Texas Red conjugates are sensitive to light.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Texas Red. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes mouse IgG2b. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
