Technical Data
IgG1 (HRP)
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1:20,000-1:200,000
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:20,000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2500
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. HRP conjugates are sensitive to light.

Mouse IgG1 heavy chain
Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with Horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Reconizes mouse IgG1. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA against other mouse or human heavy chain isotypes. Crossreactivity with mouse IgG2b and IgG3 is 1%
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
