Description: Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:1000 -1:5000 FLISA: 1:10,000- 1:50,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Label: Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) Molecular Weight: 390D Absorption Wavelength: 495nm Emission Wavelength: 528nm Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.6 moles FITC per mole of rabbit IgG Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light. |
