Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% sodium azide. Labeled with Biotin. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile, ddH2O.
Specificity:
Recognizes mouse IgG2b. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Specificty was confirmed by ELISA. Less than 1% crossreactivity was observed against other mouse heavy chain isotypes.
Intended for research use only. Not for use in human, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
